Membership in ROPA will give you a broader perspective in negotiations with your orchestra management, with information from over 70 other orchestras across the country. The annual conference offers seminars in labor law, bargaining, non-profit accounting, and other subjects, as well as networking and brainstorming sessions with delegates from other orchestras. Please download the ROPA Brochure, make copies (double-sided) and distribute it to your orchestra.
